The Draft Solihull Local Plan – Shaping a Sustainable Future - sets out future development for Solihull – not just the strategy for development, but also the sites for development.

Now at Pre-Submission stage the Draft Solihull Local Plan is out for consultation for six weeks – 23rd of January 2012 until 5th of March 2012.

After this consultation the plan will be submitted to the Secretary of State for independent examination.
