North Warwickshire Council have started work on their Site Allocations Development Plan Document.

To assist in this the Council have called for sites to be put forward.  If you have any land that you wish to be considered for development these should be put forward to the Council before the 23rd of March.

This should be done with by sending a site plan identifying the and a covering letter. This should set out why your site should be considered and for what use e.g. residential, employment, retail, leisure, or other uses.

Do you own or know of a site that should be allocated by North Warwickshire Council? Do you want to make the best possible case to ensure that site is allocated? If you do call Kirkwells on 01282 872570 or email, and we will be happy to offer you the benefit of our expert advice.
