Carlisle City Council has produced an updated draft Strategic Housing Land Availability Assessment (SHLAA). The consultation on this study, and the draft report and list of sites runs until the 2nd of July 2012. Copies of the SHLAA can be viewed here.
The SHLAA provides Carlisle City Council with details of land with potential for housing development. It does not allocate land for housing, and it is not a planning policy document. The SHLAA will be updated on an annual basis as new sites and/or infrastructure comes forward.
Are you interested in the future of Carlisle? Do you need to respond to Carlisle’s SHLAA? get expert help call Kirkwells on 01282 872570.
