Hyndburn Council in Lancashire have commenced work on the production of their development management polices by consulting on Issues and Options.

The consultation document poses a number of questions on how future development should be controlled in the Borough.

When complete these policies will form part of the Borough’s Local Development Framework and they will be used to assess and determine planning applications.
