Cheshire West and Chester Starts Consultations on Local Plan

Cheshire West and Chester Council is preparing a new Local Plan.

The Local Plan for Cheshire West and Chester when complete will set out how much, what type and where new development should take place over the next 20 years.

To kick start preparation of this Plan the council are consulting on Local Plan Preferred Policy Directions. This consultation will run for just over 10 weeks from Friday 31 August to Monday 12 November 2012.
