Rossendale Council in Lancashire is consulting on a review of the Borough’s Green Belt and Urban boundaries.

Part of the Council’s Site Allocations and Development Management preparations – Lives and Landscapes – the review looks at boundaries last amended in the 1990s.

As the Council point out:

Changes to these boundaries may affect you. We may be proposing to change land behind where you live, or you may own some land that is being included in this Boundary Review. Changing the boundary may affect what can or can’t be build in the future.

If they do, and you need help to put together a response, before the deadline of 28th of November 2012 email or call

01282 872570
