The successful “yes” vote in the Marden Neighbourhood Plan referendum made this the twelfth plan Kirkwells have supported to this key stage.
On a turnout of just over 33% of eligible voters, 314 voted “yes” to the plan being made part of the development plan in Herefordshire, with 49 “no” votes”.
