Kirkwells’ Guide to the Draft National Planning Policy Framework

Our series of guides to the Draft National Planning Policy Framework can now be downloaded as pdf documents. The consultation runs until the 17th of October 2011. Already, it has stoked a lot of controversy, with groups such as the National Trust mounting campaigns against a number of aspects of the Draft NPPF. Especially, the failure to protect the countryside for its own sake.
