Neighbourhood Planning Steams Ahead
It would seem from DCLG figures that Greg Clark’s dream of 500 neighbourhood plans being prepared each year may not be as fanciful as some first thought. The following figures are culled from a DCLG presentation given last week. What perhaps come as less of a surprise is the heavy geographical bias to the South and Midlands of England – apologies for the graphic but we cannot find a better one (DCLG – help?) – but it does illustrate the point.
