Herefordshire Neighbourhood Plan Training

Cheshire West and Chester Local Plan Consultation

Cheshire West and Chester Council are consulting until the 1st of November on the area’s new Local Plan. The Publication Draft Local Plan (formerly the Core Strategy) sets out the vision and strategic policies including the overall level and location of development in the borough for the period 2010 to 2030. The plan will impact on all those living in, and owning land in the area. Parish and Town Councils Given £1.3 million to Neighbourhood Plan

Parish and Town Councils across England have been given £1.3 million to support the preparation of their Neighbourhood Plans. In total, 234 areas will receive a share of the £1,353,574 of Government funding from the neighbourhood planning grants distributed by Locality.
