Rutland Site Allocations Consultation
Rutland County Council is consulting on the Preferred Options version of its Site Allocations and Policies Development Plan Document (DPD). This document will identify specific sites to be allocated for housing and other types of development in Rutland and set out detailed planning policies for determining planning applications. Sites are identified for about 330 new houses. Release of these sites would be phased: Phase 1 (2012-2016) Oakham, Uppingham, Empingham, Ketton Phase 2 (2016-2021) Uppingham Phase 3 (2021-2026) Ketton, Greetham, Ryhall Sites are also identified for retail, employment and waste management.
